Don't waste your money on expensive brand stuff, you can do better on your own

I learned this lesson from a friend of mine who just so happens to be a runway model. Buy an inexpensive moisturizer, even the dollar store will cut it because this is going to be the base for what you will turn into a moisturizer fit for a godess. Don't spend as much as a penny more for any enrichments. Next, buy vitamin a and vitamin e capsules the soft gel kind. Simply punture the little capsules with a safety pin and squeeze the liquid into your lotion. I use ten capsules of each for every 7 oz of lotion, then mix the vitamins well into the lotion. This way your getting double the amount of vitamins as most of the expensive enriched lotions and most important, these vitamins your adding have anit-aging and moisture enriching properties. Add your own vitamins and  you get a more powerful lotion.

There are some great subs for lotion if your completely out. Olive oil, or vaseline make alternatives that will soften the skin. However, both will leave a greasy residue. I've found  extra virgin olive oil used in small amounts and rubbed in a circular motion is the best alternative, once absorbed, it leaves the skin feeling as soft and smooth as any lotion on the market. Vasiline will get rid of dry and cracking feet overnight. Just slather onto your feet, put on a pair of socks, and let it do it's thing.
