Chop up one lemon or orange. Place in two cups of boiling water and boil untill your left with approximately one cup of water. Strain and pour into spray bottle.Keep stored in the fridge, or, add one oz of alcohol and you can store in a dry place for approx. two weeks. The amount of alcohol this recipe calls for is just a fraction of the alcohol used in most hair sprays, so it's a healthy alternative.
Recipe #2 : One Tbs of white sugar
One cup of water
Mix well and boil for five minutes. Add mixture to spray bottle once cooled and shake well before using.
